Fuji Iron Works Co., Ltd. is an iron works company based in Saijo-city, Ehime. Primarily working for shipyards, we have produced a wide variety of metal bending products over the years, using our own large press brake.
Our flagship product has for some years been corrugated stainless steel*, a material being adopted by shipyards for use in the construction of chemical tankers.
With our 90 years of history, we are aiming for further expansion, and will continue striving to meet our customers’ expectations. Thank you for your continued support.

Manufactured products
Our current flagship product is corrugated stainless steel for chemical tanker shipyards based in Japan. We also produce a range of fittings for use in shipbuilding and construction equipment.
These are the main products that we have been providing for the past 15 years.
Most of our products fall into three main categories: long-plate press bending products, ship fittings, and general industrial machinery.
Large press brake bending products
Shown below is our current flagship product, corrugated stainless steel for use in chemical tanker bulkheads. We manufacture our steel through an integrated in-house process involving NC marking, cutting (beveling), welding (plate joining), and long-plate press brake bending.
We have an excellent record of providing products which require precise bending using our long-plate press brake. Our highest recorded annual production volume of corrugated stainless steel is 21,000 tons. We are able to bend plates of up to 15 meters in length.

Our main production facilities are shown below. With these facilities, we are able to handle all processing from NC marking to cutting, welding, and press brake bending in-house. We have an excellent record with machine-based processing.
